Psychiatry

Prescribing Nurse Practitioner treating adults ages 18 and older for Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Personality Disorder, Addiction, Insomnia, Panic attacks. PTSD and Eating Disorders. 


Just be aware that we do not prescribe any controlled substances(stimulants like adderall/ritalin/vyvanse, Zdrugs(ambien, eszopiclone, zopiclone), opiates or Benzodiazepines such as clonazepam/xanax/lorazepam, temazepam) in case you are on any at this time you are needing refilled. I do not do any legal paperworks if needed such as Short term disability, return to work eval,  FMLA and any court mandated evaluation

Please read thoroughly if planning to use Insurance or EAP through ALMA(insurance) and LYRA (EAP)

We do accept insurance but can take 2-3 days to get approved through Alma our Third Party company we work with to bill through insurance

Right now, all of our initial visits are done remotely. Prescriptions are sent Electronically. Please call or email us to schedule an appointment. If you are having an emergency, please call 911. We accept insurance for BCBS, HUMANA, AETNA, CIGNA and OPTUM GROUP. Payment options: Credit card, Cash, HSA spending account

Experience and Professionalism

I am a graduate of Purdue and currently a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Obesity Medical Association. My work experience is in Family Practice, Neurology, Psychiatry, General Surgery, Men's Health. Medical Weight-loss and Bariatric Surgery which includes Lap-Band Adjustment.
