We have the right to refuse or terminate patients at any time if are not in line with our practice rules and regulations. Allen Cortado MSN NP-C is dual certified to practice both family medicine and psychiatry licensed in all states that he services to and will not at anytime practice nor dispense any medication to a state that he is not licensed in.
